(Mon to Sat)- Qualification: Graduate or equivalent degree- About the Company: Urban rise (www.urbanrise.in)Key Responsibilities:- Manage home loan sales teams to achieve monthly targets.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, HNI clients, NBFCs, and other stakeholders.- Expertly navigate home loan processes, regulations, and compliances (TATs, percentages, APF, income tax criteria, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana).- Ensure seamless customer experience through independent handling of home loan processes.- Establish and maintain senior-level banking relationships.- Guide team members on company policies, systems, and software.- Update ERP systems and deliver reports to management.Requirements:- 5 plus years of experience in home loan sales (Banks or Real Estate Industry)- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.- Excellent communication, team handling, and analytical skills.- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing circumstances, and travel frequently.- Strong understanding of home loan regulations, compliances, and industry trends.NOTE - Looking for Bangalore Based candidates only (ref:updazz.com)
