Enterprise Resource Planning Advisor

We are seeking a skilled and creative Power BI Developer to lead the migration of moderate to complex dashboards from Tableau to Power BI. This role requires a strong sense of design, the ability to translate business needs into intuitive visualizations, and the confidence to communicate effectively with senior leadership teams (SLT).

:Lead the end:to:end migration of dashboards from Tableau to Power BI, ensuring data integrity and visual consistency.
:Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and project managers to understand reporting requirements.
:Design and develop visually compelling, user:friendly dashboards and reports in Power BI.
:Present insights and dashboard walkthroughs to SLT and other stakeholders.
:Optimize performance of Power BI reports and implement best practices in data modeling and DAX.
:Maintain documentation and version control for all reporting assets.
Required Qualifications:

:4 years of experience in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
:Hands:on experience migrating dashboards from Tableau to Power BI.
:Strong understanding of data visualization principles and UX design.
:Proven ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
:Experience working with large datasets and integrating data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.).
