Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition and Lead Generation:

• Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and field visits.
• Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities.
• Use CRM systems or databases to manage customer information and follow-up activities.

2. Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations:

• Present and explain products or services to potential clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Conduct on-site visits, online demos, or meetings to demonstrate product value.
• Customize presentations based on client requirements and market demand.
• Highlight product benefits, USPs (unique selling propositions), and competitive advantages.

3. Negotiation and Closing:

• Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and contracts in line with company policies.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other contract conditions.
• Work closely with internal departments (finance, logistics, technical) to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Provide after-sales support and address client concerns or complaints promptly.
• Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and explore up-selling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Encourage repeat business and referrals through quality service and trust-building.

5. Reporting and Sales Analysis:

• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases.
• Track personal and team performance against targets and KPIs.
• Submit daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager or management team.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to refine strategies.

6. Collaboration and Teamwork:

• Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and branding efforts.
• Participate in sales training sessions, product workshops, and company meetings.
• Share insights, leads, or customer intelligence with other team members for collective growth.
• Support junior sales staff or new team members when needed.
