Back Office Intern

We are searching for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented intern to join our dynamic team at Cynergi as a Back Office Intern. If you have a strong background in Accounting, MS-Excel, and possess effective communication skills, this internship opportunity is perfect for you!
Selected intern 's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in creating and processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner
2. Maintain and update financial records using accounting software (e.g., Tally)
3. Assist with petty cash management, including recording expenditures and reconciling the petty cash account
4. Support the accounting team in various account-related tasks and data entry
5. Assist in basic Excel data analysis and reporting as needed
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and efficient back-end support
7. Provide general support in day-to-day office tasks and operations
8. Be flexible and responsive to perform tasks and duties as instructed by supervisors and team members
Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred
2. Basic understanding of accounting principles and processes
3. Familiarity with Tally
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for basic data analysis
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
