Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)
It is mainly focused on Team handling, lead generating, Marketing.&

Job Summary: A Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic planning and execution. The BDM acts as a key point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, expanding the client base, and increasing revenue. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, sales acumen, communication skills, and market awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identifying New Business Opportunities:

  • Research and identify potential clients and new markets for business expansion.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
  • Develop strategic plans to target high-potential sectors or industries.

2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Approach prospective clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements, present solutions, and negotiate contracts or service agreements.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.

3. Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Set and achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create campaigns that support business goals.
  • Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline development.

4. Market and Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging markets, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on market insights and customer feedback.
  • Recommend new products or services that align with market demand and business capabilities.

5. Team Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • May be responsible for mentoring or supervising junior sales or business development staff.
  • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members as needed.

6. Proposal and Contract Management:

  • Prepare and submit proposals, RFP responses, and tender documents.
  • Assist in negotiating pricing and terms of agreements.
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and profitability.

Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical ability.
