Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecalling Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining products/services, and achieving monthly sales targets through telephonic communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Explain the features and benefits of the product/service clearly and convincingly.
Convert leads into sales and meet or exceed monthly targets.
Maintain and update customer database on a regular basis.
Follow up with interested or prospective customers.

Technical Skills:
  • Basic computer knowledge MS Office, data entry, using CRM software
  • Familiarity with calling tools or dialers is preferred
  • Ability to work with targets and call logs
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, English, or regional languages
  • Persuasive, energetic, and confident personality
  • Ability to handle rejections and objections patiently
  • Good listening skills and a positive attitude
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
