The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in telesales or virtual sales, especially in selling digital tools, software solutions, or digital marketing services.Key Responsibilities:- Engage with potential leads, understand their needs, and position solutions effectively to drive sales closure- Close deals efficiently by implementing effective sales strategies.- Manage and assist the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and post-sale follow-up.- Utilize CRM platform to track leads, manage pipelines, and optimize sales performance.- Provide an overview of the product and its benefits, ensuring clear communication of its value propositions to potential customers.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to refine sales tactics.- Maintain strong relationships with customers to drive customer satisfaction and long-term business.- Perform rigorous follow-ups with customers through consultations to address queries and guide them in their decision-making.Requirements:- Graduation degree with strong communication and persuasion skills.- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, - Experience in telesales or virtual consultation sales, especially in digital tools, software, or digital marketing services.- Proficiency in consultative selling, lead nurturing, and solution positioning.- Strong verbal and written communication skills with active listening abilities.- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment.Nice to Have:- Experience in selling digital marketing services or SaaS products for local businesses.- Understanding of SEO, online reputation management, and digital advertising strategies.- Proven ability to handle high-ticket sales and negotiate long-term contracts.
