Job Opening: Revenue Operations (RevOps) Analyst Location: Kashmere Gate, New Delhi (Hybrid)Preferred Background: B.Tech/BCA or Engineering GraduateAbout the Role : - We re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst with strong data analytics skills and a deep understanding of the sales and marketing pipeline. You ll be the bridge between our sales, marketing, and product teams - owning data, optimizing workflows, and enabling smarter decision-making across the GTM function. Key Responsibilities- Analyze sales, funnel, and customer data to identify trends and growth opportunities- Build and maintain dashboards to track key revenue metrics (lead conversion, pipeline velocity, CAC, etc.)- Work closely with Sales & Marketing to streamline reporting, lead distribution, and campaign measurement- Own and optimize CRM data hygiene and automation flows- Support the go-to-market strategy by aligning insights with enablement and execution- Assist in forecasting, sales planning, and territory/account analysis- Collaborate on lead sourcing strategies, ICP analysis, and buyer journey mapping- Help build and manage RevOps tech stack integrations and performance tracking What We re Looking For- 1-2 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or Sales Analytics- Engineering background (B.Tech/BCA) with strong analytical and logical thinking- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)- Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho- Experience working directly with sales & marketing teams on performance insights- Understanding of key GTM concepts like MQL/SQL stages, sales funnel, CAC, LTV, win/loss analysis- Strong communication skills to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholdersBonus Points For- Experience with lead enrichment or tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clearbit- Knowledge of marketing attribution models and lead scoring- Exposure to sales enablement platforms and campaign analytics- Worked on automation tools (Zapier, Make/Integromat) or workflow builders- Skills Similar to Lead Sourcing, Sales Enablement & GTM- Data-driven decision making- Funnel analysis & pipeline reporting- Lead scoring & segmentation- Campaign performance tracking- CRM optimization & lead routing- Sales forecasting- Market & ICP research- Stakeholder alignment across GTM teamsDashboarding & KPI trackingCompetitive and win/loss analysis How to Apply:Send your resume or DM us to learn more.
