Job Roll: On RollChannel: Agency and DirectLocation: Kochi, KeralaJob Summary:A Territory Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations within a designated geographic area. The primary goal is to drive sales growth by building strong customer relationships, managing accounts, identifying opportunities, and executing strategic plans. Roles and Responsibilities:- Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies.- Set and achieve sales targets aligned with company goals.- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.- Understand client needs and provide suitable product or service solutions.- Act as the point of contact for key accounts.- Identify new business opportunities within the territory.- Plan and execute territory visits, presentations, and product demos.Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales for agency channel and for direct channel minimum 1 year of experience in sales 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
-Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation. -Required all semester marksheets.
-Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person) - Preferred local candidate.
