We are looking to hire a Guest Service Associate whose primary responsibility is to ensure that guests have a pleasant experience during their visit. The role involves various tasks, such as greeting guests upon arrival, assisting them in their purchase, handling inquiries and requests, providing information about the offers, resolving complaints or issues, and maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
