Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and delivery across various initiatives. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution
Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings, preparing agendas and taking detailed minutes
Maintain project documentation, reports, and tracking tools
Ensure that all projects adhere to frameworks and documentation standards
Provide administrative support as needed, including managing correspondence and scheduling
Communicate regularly with team members to ensure alignment and transparency
Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
Assist with risk management, change requests, and issue resolution
Requirements:
Proven experience in project coordination or similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, Jira)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
