Job Description

& Selected intern 's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working with the founder on maintaining communication with internal/external stakeholders
2. Helping setup automation for various recurring processes
3. Helping create templates and workflows/processes for recurring tasks
4. Helping create/settle invoices and follow up on pending payments
5. Supporting with lead generation, qualification, writing proposals, and submitting quotes
6. Supporting with overall operations of the agency - customer support, service, sales, marketing, accounting - invoicing, etc.
7. Exploring various tools/software already available and aligning them to business needs
8. Conducting market research and helping create an effective market strategy for existing and new initiatives/businesses
