Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, performance management, and employee offboarding. You ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless employee experience and helping to maintain a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Source, screen, and schedule interviews with candidates.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

Manage job postings on various platforms.

Maintain a candidate database and recruitment reports.

2. Onboarding

Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.

Conduct induction sessions and coordinate IT/admin setup.

Ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the organization.

3. Payroll & Attendance

Collect and verify attendance, leaves, and timesheets.

Coordinate with the finance team or payroll vendors for timely salary processing.

Handle employee queries related to salary, reimbursements, and deductions.

4. Performance Management

Assist in setting up KRAs/OKRs for employees.

Support appraisal cycles and maintain performance review data.

Follow up on performance improvement plans and feedback cycles.

5. Employee Engagement

Plan and execute engagement initiatives like events, surveys, and wellness programs.
Address employee grievances in a professional and confidential manner.

6. Offboarding

Handle resignation, clearance, and full & final settlement processes.

Conduct exit interviews and maintain feedback records.

Ensure proper handover and documentation.

7. HR Documentation & Compliance

Maintain up-to-date employee records.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.

Update HR policies and procedures as required.
