The role involves both strategic planning and hands-on implementation, with an eye on performance, content alignment, and technical health. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic- Conduct keyword research and guide content strategy accordingly- Optimise on-page elements like metadata, headers, internal linking, and overall site structure- Identify and fix technical SEO issues in coordination with product/tech teams- Track and analyse SEO performance, preparing regular reports with insights- Support organic content efforts on social media channels - including optimising posts, tracking engagement, and coordinating with the team- Stay current with search engine algorithm changes and SEO best practicesRequirements:- 2-4 years of experience in SEO- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO- Experience with tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, As, etc.- Familiarity with content optimisation, link-building, and website structure- Ability to collaborate across content, product, and tech teams- Basic HTML knowledge is a plus (ref:updazz.com)
