The Campaign Associate will be responsible for supporting campaign execution, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing workflows to ensure smooth operations. The role requires strong expertise in marketing automation tools and data handling while collaborating with offshore teams.Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Execution: Set up, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns using platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Pardot, and Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.- Data Handling & Segmentation: Work with customer data, create audience segments, and ensure proper targeting for campaigns.- Automation & Optimization: Leverage automation tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance campaign performance.- Testing & Reporting: Conduct A/B testing, analyze campaign performance, and generate reports for optimization.- Collaboration: Work closely with offshore teams to coordinate campaign execution, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment with business objectives.- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all campaigns adhere to data privacy regulations and industry best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Experience Required: 3 Years in campaign execution- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field- Hands-on experience with any leading campaign tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Pardot, and Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.- Strong understanding of campaign execution, automation, and audience segmentation.- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize based on insights.- Knowledge of A/B testing, personalization, and reporting.- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with offshore teams.
