The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that improve telesales techniques, customer engagement, and revenue generation.Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver structured training programs for telesales executives, focusing on sales techniques, objection handling, and product knowledge.- Conduct onboarding training for new hires to ensure they meet performance expectations within the set ramp-up period.- Implement call monitoring and feedback sessions to assess training effectiveness and improve agent performance.- Develop and update sales scripts, training manuals, and role-playing exercises to enhance communication and persuasion skills.- Provide ongoing coaching and refresher training to improve conversion rates and reduce customer churn.- Track training outcomes and KPIs, including sales performance, average handling time (AHT), and customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).- Collaborate with sales and customer service managers to align training objectives with business goals.- Stay updated with industry trends, customer behavior insights, and telesales best practices to enhance training strategies.Key Result Areas (KRA) for Telesales Trainer1. Training Effectiveness:- Achieve 85% pass rate in post-training assessments.- Ensure 80% training completion rate for all new and existing telesales executives.2. Sales Performance Improvement:- Improve sales conversion rates by 15-20% within three months of training.- Reduce average handling time (AHT) by 10-15% through effective call handling strategies.3. Call Quality & Compliance:- Maintain a 95% adherence rate to sales scripts and compliance guidelines.- Reduce customer complaints related to miscommunication by at least 20%.4. Ongoing Coaching & Development:- Conduct at least two refresher training sessions per quarter.- Provide individual coaching to low performers, ensuring a minimum 10% improvement in their sales performance.5.
