Sales Branch Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Branch Manager to lead the sales operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales strategy execution, marketing promotion, enquiry follow-ups, team leadership, and achieving branch targets . You will oversee day-to-day branch activities, set and monitor sales goals, manage the sales team, and ensure excellent customer service and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Target Achievement:

• Drive monthly and quarterly branch sales to meet or exceed assigned targets.
• Monitor team performance and assist them in closing high-value or critical deals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts.

2. Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the branch sales and support team.
• Assign daily targets, plan sales routes, and ensure team discipline.
• Conduct daily/weekly team meetings to review performance, share updates, and motivate staff.
• Identify training needs and coordinate skill development sessions for team members.

3. Enquiry Handling & Follow-Up:

• Oversee all customer enquiries, leads, and walk-ins generated at the branch.
• Ensure prompt follow-up of leads by the sales team to maximize conversion.
• Maintain and review enquiry trackers, CRM records, and follow-up schedules.

4. Branch Promotion & Marketing:

• Plan and execute branch-level marketing and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for local campaigns, digital ads, flyers, and events.
• Build relationships with local partners, vendors, and influencers to increase footfall and leads.

5. Customer Service & Operational Excellence:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve complaints effectively.
• Monitor cleanliness, staff discipline, and professional environment at the branch.
