Job Description
We are looking a creative and detail-oriented Architect Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing aesthetically pleasing, functional, and sustainable spaces in alignment with client requirements and project goals. You will be involved from the initial concept stage through design development, documentation.
Key& Responsibilities:
  • Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design solutions.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentations using CAD and BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design intent.
  • Prepare and submit documentation for building permits and approvals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, building codes, and sustainable design practices.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in interior design or landscape architecture.
  • Familiarity with LEED or other sustainable building certifications
  • Experience with project management tools and workflows.
