Required Office Boy - Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and punctual Office Boy to provide general support and assist with the smooth functioning of daily office operations. This role involves handling basic clerical tasks, maintaining office cleanliness, and supporting staff with routine duties. The ideal candidate should be polite, hardworking, and dependable.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Maintenance & Housekeeping:

• Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including desks, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
• Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and electronic items such as printers, monitors, and phones.
• Ensure that common areas (reception, lobby, pantry) are neat and presentable at all times.

2. Refreshments and Pantry Duties:

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
• Maintain the kitchen and pantry supplies; refill items like tea, sugar, milk, and water bottles.
• Clean utensils and pantry items after use.

3. Document Handling:

• Collect and deliver documents, files, and packages within the office or to external locations (couriers, banks, vendors).
• Photocopy, scan, and file documents as instructed.

4. Errands and Outdoor Work:

• Perform bank-related tasks such as cheque deposits, withdrawals, or document submissions.
• Handle basic purchase duties like buying office supplies or materials from nearby shops.
• Deliver documents to clients or government offices if required.

5. Office Support:

• Assist administrative staff with organizing files, moving items, or setting up meeting rooms.
• Welcome and guide visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Switch on/off lights, ACs, and appliances before or after office hours.
