Required Telecaller - Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller & to join our real estate team. You will be responsible for calling prospective clients, explaining property details, updating lead information, and scheduling site visits. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world exposure in the real estate sector while building your communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers from our lead database
• Introduce the company s real estate projects (residential/commercial/plots) to customers
• Share information on property features, pricing, and location benefits
• Maintain a daily call log and update lead details in CRM or Excel
• Schedule appointments and coordinate site visits for interested clients
• Follow up with leads to nurture interest and encourage conversions
• Handle basic queries and escalate more complex ones to the sales team
• Maintain a polite and professional tone in all communications
