Job Description
Responsible for supporting the Secondary Sales Support Team to enhance the Field Marketing initiatives; also responsible for systemizing and executing everyday operations while guiding the field marketing employees and evaluating the results of the marketing campaigns.Sl. No Job Title Job Responsibilities1 Identifying the sites Responsible for exploring new regions to identify potential sites to secure business development opportunities.2 Validating the sites Responsible for evaluating whether the identified sites are productive and efficient to achieve the business goals of the organisation.3 Approaching a new customer Responsible for- Initiating conversations about Company with the newly identified customers.- Explain to them the benefits of doing business with Company in detail.- Convincing them into becoming business partners of Company .- Negotiate with them regarding their expectations towards the organisation and the actual possibilities of business.- Arriving at a proper closure for the deal with mutual benefit for the customer as well as the organisation.4 Database Responsible for preparing, establishing, and maintaining proper Customer Relationship Management database and updating them accordingly.5 Analyse Responsible for conducting competitive product analysis and market research to strategize a standard procedure and sales strategy to guarantee effective business in the newly explored regions.6 CRM Responsible for creating strong and sustainable customer relationships through visiting them in person, phone calls, follow-ups, e-mails etc., for future business growth.7 Strategize Responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in planning and implementing strategies to enhance the business of the stakeholders of Company and increase their productivity.8 Business Meetings Responsible for conducting the Marketing Campaigns, Mason Meet/ Bar bender Meet/ Engineer Meet/ Influencer Meet/ Architects Meet to increase the brand value and business opportunities.9 Requirement Responsible for recruiting new MDEs and forming a well-structured team for executing the strategies devised by the FMTS Department.Skills:- Demand Generation and Secondary Salessend your cv to /whatsapp to 7259684360 (ref:updazz.com)
