Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive, self-driven Lead Generator Executive Sales to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities for the sales team. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment. As a Lead Generator Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your goal is to initiate conversations, create interest in our products or services, and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team to follow up on. This is a critical role in the sales process, laying the groundwork for successful client relationships and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential clients through research, online databases, social media platforms, and other lead generation tools.
  • Develop and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Use outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital outreach methods to engage with prospective clients.
  • Follow a structured process to identify decision-makers and key stakeholders in target organizations.

2. Initial Outreach & Qualification:

  • Initiate contact with potential leads to introduce the company and its offerings.
  • Understand the needs and pain points of prospects to determine their potential interest in the company s solutions.
  • Ask relevant qualifying questions to assess the lead s suitability and readiness for the next steps in the sales process.
  • Record detailed information about prospects in the CRM system, including contact history, qualification status, and next action points.

3. Appointment Scheduling:

  • Set up meetings, demos, or discovery calls between prospects and the sales or business development teams.
  • Ensure seamless communication and calendar coordination between internal stakeholders and leads.
  • Provide all relevant information and context to the sales team before handover.

4. Follow-Up and Nurturing:

  • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads who are not yet ready to buy but may be interested in the future.
  • Share product updates, case studies, and other relevant content to keep prospects engaged.
  • Use lead nurturing strategies to convert cold or dormant leads into qualified opportunities over time.

5. Data Management & Reporting:

  • Accurately update and maintain CRM systems with all relevant lead and contact data.
  • Track daily activity, calls made, emails sent, and outcomes achieved.
  • Prepare and share weekly/monthly reports on lead generation performance, metrics, and insights with the sales team and management.

6. Market Research & Strategy Support:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activity, and competitor insights.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on lead responses and objections encountered.
  • Suggest improvements to scripts, lead lists, and targeting strategies based on real-time interactions.
