Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced and detail-driven Senior Executive - Offline Advertising Operations to join our team in Gurgaon. With 6-8 years of experience in offline media operations or media buying, the ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end execution of campaigns across TV, Print, Radio, OOH, and Cinema. This role involves close coordination with planning teams and vendors, monitoring campaign performance, managing budgets and documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate campaign delivery. Proficiency in media operations tools such as Mediaware is highly preferred, along with a strong understanding of traditional media platforms and excellent stakeholder management skills.Job Title: Manager Media ImplementationLocation: GurgaonJob Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end execution of offline media campaigns across TV, Print, Radio, OOH, and Cinema.- Liaise with internal planning teams and external vendors to ensure timely release of media plans, schedules, and creative assets.- Coordinate with media houses, publications, and outdoor vendors to track campaign placements and ensure execution as per agreed timelines and formats.- Monitor campaign performance, placement quality, and adherence to media plans, raising red flags in case of discrepancies.- Maintain accurate campaign documentation including release orders, media schedules, insertion orders, and vendor communication.- Track campaign spends, validate vendor invoices against deliverables, and coordinate with finance for timely processing and reconciliation.- Provide weekly and monthly campaign status reports, performance updates, and MIS data to internal stakeholders and clients.- Assist in media audits by ensuring proper documentation and maintaining historical data for each campaign.
-Contribute to vendor evaluation by tracking service quality, rate benchmarks, and negotiation support.- Keep updated with changes in offline media landscape-new publications, regional channels, OOH tech, pricing trends, and more.Requirements:- Bachelor s Degree required; a post-graduate diploma or master s in media/advertising/marketing is a plus.- 5-8 years of experience in offline media operations or media buying support (agency or client-side).- Strong understanding of traditional media processes and platforms, including BARC, IRS, RSCI, and outdoor planning tools.- Excellent coordination and communication skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.- Proficient in Excel and data management tools; familiarity with media scheduling or ERP tools is a plus.- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing budgets and documentation with high accuracy.
