Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and driven Lead Generation Executive with 2-5 years of experience, preferably in the BFSI, NBFC, or Fintech sectors. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through targeted outbound efforts and collaboration with internal sales teams.Key Responsibilities :-- Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and industry sources.- Initiate outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.- Understand customer needs and pain points to pitch relevant financial or fintech solutions.- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with high-quality prospects.- Maintain and update lead records in CRM systems accurately and consistently.- Work closely with marketing and sales to align on campaign objectives and lead quality.- Track and report lead generation metrics, pipeline status, and performance insights.Required Skills & Qualifications :-- 2-5 years of relevant experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven experience in BFSI, NBFC, or Fintech sectors is highly preferred.- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and lead management platforms.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.- Strong research and analytical capabilities.Preferred Qualifications :-- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.- Understanding of financial products, lending solutions, or fintech platforms.
