Roles and Responsibilities : - Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create sponsored content campaigns across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, negotiating contracts and agreements as needed.- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize future initiatives and improve ROI.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing.Desired Candidate Profile-- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing or a related field.- Strong communication, relationship building, negotiation skills; active listening & attention to detail.- Proficiency in contract management & problem-solving; adaptability & professionalism required.- Candidates should be willing to travel 6 days a week to the office which is nearby Sandhurst Road station. (nearby candidates would be given more preference)- Salary will be based on the candidate s experience, communication skills, overall aptitude, and interview performance. and would start from minimum 12,000 INR per month to maximum 20,000 INR per month ,salary would be fixed in this range and no negotitation above this range shall be encouraged.- Graduation degree is mandatory.- We are seeking long-term employees who are committed to growth within the company.
