Job Description
The Business Development Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives and ensuring that they meet their sales goals and targets. Their main job is to manage and motivate their team to drive revenue growth for the organization.Roles and responsibilities:- Develop sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals and objectives.- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and guidance to sales representatives to improve their performance.- Conduct sales meetings to communicate sales targets, new products, and sales promotions.
