Job Description
Job Summary:We are seeking an energetic and strategic Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Mysore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and driving business expansion.Roles and Responsibilities;- Identify, research, and target new business opportunities through field sales efforts.- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.- Meet potential clients, present solutions, and close deals effectively.- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.- Utilize CRM software to manage and track sales leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups.- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to expand business reach.- Regularly update management on sales progress, pipeline status, and performance metrics.- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing timely assistance and after-sales support.
