We are seeking a Female Customer Relationship Executive for our fast-paced and highly talented concierge team.Responsibilities:- Assisting customers with bookings, payment processing, and handling both inbound and outbound calls and emails.- Supporting the concierge by addressing queries related to Qutab Golf Course.- Engaging with golfers at Qutab Golf Course to resolve any issues they may encounter.- Managing Qutab Golf Course membership and overseeing Tee sheet schedules.- Handling walk-in bookings and managing day-to-day reservations at Qutab Golf Course.- Demonstrating excellent presentation and communication skills throughout all interactions.Education:- Bachelor s Degree or related field.- Timings : 9:30 AM to 6PM.- Work Location : Qutab Golf Course.- Working Days : 5 days (Tuesdays and Wednesdays will be fixed days off.)Requirements:- 1-2 Year in customer service or tele sales- Excellent communication skills- Passion for superb hospitality and customer service- Good computer skills.- Should have knowledge of how the concierge is set up- Extraordinary organizational and multitasking skills- Can-do attitude- Desire to learn (ref:updazz.com)
