We have more than 3000 products like PH meter, Conductivity meter, titrator, turbidity meter, process instruments etc.- Our products are manufactured in our own faculty located in USA, Romania, and Mauritius.- Our global HO is in Rhode Island, USA.- Indian Head Office is in Navi Mumbai.- We have great Sales/Service network all over India.Job Description: Inside Sales Coordinator - Customer SupportKey Responsibilities:- Support the outside sales team by coordinating sales activities and ensuring seamless communication.- Prepare and provide quotations to customers based on their requirements.- Handle inquiries from customers, offering product information and assistance.- Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries to ensure timely responses.- Maintain and update CRM records with sales activities and customer interactions.- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, and service) to ensure smooth order processing.- Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking sales performance.- Provide technical support on scientific instruments like pH meters, EC meters, titrators, etc.- Keep updated on product knowledge to offer accurate information to customers.- Support in handling customer complaints and service requests, ensuring resolution.Requirements:- Bachelor s degree in science or a related field is preferred.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.- Good understanding of scientific instruments.
