Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and driven Area Sales Executive/Manager to join our team in the Medical & Healthcare industry.- This role will be based in Chandigarh, with responsibilities for managing and expanding business across Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh.
-The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the medical devices or equipment sector and will be responsible for building relationships, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth within their assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:- Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling medical devices and equipment to hospitals, clinics, healthcare facilities, and distributors in Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh.- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with new clients, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.- Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of medical devices and equipment to potential customers, providing product demonstrations and training when needed.- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and emerging trends in the medical devices industry.- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to decision-makers, showcasing the advantages of our medical products and how they meet client needs.- Client Support: Provide excellent after-sales support, including installation, troubleshooting, and ongoing product support to ensure customer satisfaction.Required Skills & Qualifications :Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, specifically within the medical devices or healthcare industry.Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of medical devices and equipment, including their application in clinical and healthcare settings.Sales Skills : Proven experience in B2B sales, with the ability to drive sales and exceed targets in a competitive market.Communication Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key decision-makers.
