Technical Support Professional (1-3 Yrs) Chennai (After-Sales/Customer Service)

Roles:- Minimum 1 year from a Tech Support Background- Self-Motivated & Ability to Work Under Pressure- Should have good comprehensibility and- understandability of what customers want.- Should have critical thought process and decision making capability with focus on accuracy.- Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues relevant to- Computers, Application, Basic Networking, LAN, WAN Technologies.- Customer centricity and eagerness to drive himself/herself for upgradation in knowledge.- Ability to sell/UpsellResponsibilities :- Candidate would be responsible for handling customer calls and troubleshooting technical issues related to Netgear Devices.- Ensure resolution provided in the first interaction with the customer- Acquiring knowledge about the newly released products and recent updates.- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service- Position and sell Premium support contracts to customers based on their support entitlement.
