We provide them with an online store to expand their reach and increase sales.We are looking for passionate and dynamic Business Development Consultants (Field Sales) who can convince vendors and sell BMvala s subscription plans by visiting their shops and offices.Job Responsibilities:- Visit local building material vendors, shopkeepers, and business owners to sell BMvala s subscription services.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.- Explain the benefits of going online with BMvala and how it can help their business grow.- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by closing deals with vendors.- Conduct market research and identify potential customers.- Report daily sales activities and updates to the team.- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop new strategies.Key Requirements: - Experience: Field sales or customer dealing experience preferred.
-Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
-Mobility: Must have a bike/scooter for travel.
-Education: 12th pass/Graduate in any field (Commerce/Marketing preferred).
