Jr. Regional ManagerJob Title: Jr. Regional Manager Locations: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Kochi, and Chennai Type: Full-Time Mode: Remote Working (Combination of Field and Office Work) Work Days: 5 Days a Week Experience Required: 1-3 Years Reporting To: Regional HeadAbout Khyaal:Khyaal is India s #1 App for senior citizens. We are on a mission to enrich the lives of senior citizens in India. We are engaging, educating, and empowering seniors through our live sessions, games, safe payments, on-demand assistance, part-time jobs, and other features on the Khyaal App.Role Overview:We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Jr. Regional Managers to join our team across multiple cities. This is a hybrid role that includes sales, field execution, and community engagement. You will represent Khyaal on the ground, build trust with senior citizens, and help drive growth through local outreach and relationship-based sales.Key Responsibilities- Promote Khyaal s offerings to senior citizens and their families through on-ground awareness and consultative selling.- Drive local sales targets for Khyaal Memberships and other services.- Organize and manage small-scale community events, demos, and sessions to engage potential senior members.- Build strong relationships with local senior communities, welfare associations, and residential societies.- Identify new outreach opportunities through referrals, field visits, and local networking.- Maintain timely reporting of field activity, lead status, and conversions to the Regional Head.- Ensure excellent post-sale support and handholding to maintain member satisfaction and retention.Requirements:- Bachelor s degree in any discipline.- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, community engagement, or outreach programs.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant, empathetic approach.- Familiarity with local language and culture is essential.- Comfortable with frequent travel within the assigned region.- Self-motivated, target-driven, and people-oriented.- Experience in working with senior citizens is a plus (but not mandatory).Perks & Benefits:- A chance to make a real social impact in the lives of senior citizens.- Performance-based incentives for sales conversions.- Supportive work environment with opportunities for career growth.- Travel allowance for field visits and community events.To Apply: Send your CV to with the subject line: Application - Jr. Regional Manager - [City] - [Your Name] (ref:updazz.com)
