Territory Sales Manager - Tyre (3-5 Yrs) Kolkata/Mumbai (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market share, and managing channel partners in an assigned geographical area. The role involves business development, dealer/channel management, and achieving sales targets for tyres across different segments (Passenger, Commercial, OTR, etc.).Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development:- Achieve sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets.- Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer network.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and fleet operators.- Conduct market visits to generate leads and monitor competitor activities.2. Channel & Dealer Management:- Drive dealer engagement through incentives, schemes, and training programs.- Ensure proper inventory management and stock availability at dealerships.- Resolve dealer concerns and improve overall dealer experience.- Monitor dealer claims, discounts, and credit limits.3.
