This role primarily involves proactive outreach, lead generation, and setting appointments for senior sales team members. • Lead Generation & Prospecting and conduct extensive research to identify potential clients (direct clients, MSPs, prime vendors) in the US market who require staffing services.
• Utilize various tools and platforms including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job boards, industry directories, and company websites to build targeted lists of prospects.
• Develop a basic understanding of the US staffing industry, including market trends, common technologies, and different staffing models
