We at Xyza are dedicated to ensuring that millions of students in India have access to the curriculum, which enhances their creativity and design skills, and thus influencing the learning outcome.- You will be instrumental in the development and expansion of Xyza s go-to-market strategy for the Karnataka region by promoting and executing our programs in close collaboration with private schools, as an experienced education professional. We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of developing strategies and executing EdTech Programs in the K-12 sector.- This position necessitates an understanding of the school education and skills landscape, as well as an understanding of the school s education policy.- Join us to make a difference if you are self-motivated, enthusiastic about education, and excited to reimagine the potential of creativity and design skills in the classroom.What you ll do:- Drive the advocacy and promote Xyza Programs to support the implementation of Xyza Studios in private schools.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at private schools.- Comprehending the school owner s persona and the necessary qualifications to effectively promote the Xyza program- Conduct program demonstrations and academic discussions with schools- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to ensure successful partnerships in alignment with the Xyza mission and transfer to the functional team- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the industry, including competitive offerings and customer aspirations (School Owners, Teachers, Parents, Students)- Adhere to the sales process- Develop implementation strategies in collaboration with Xyza s functional teams.- Optimize budgets and resources while scaling initiatives.- Develop a broader network of school collaborators to oversee Key Performance Indicators- Establish and evaluate critical metrics for the sales and operating plan in order to align with objectives- In order to facilitate adoption, present and execute projects in a creative manner by incorporating innovative ideas and unconventional thinking.- Conducting pertinent activities and deploying Xyza Programs in educational institutionsWhat you need to succeed:- Three or more years of relevant experience in the education sector- Proven ability to think critically and solve problems with precision.- Strong communication and presentation skills- Highly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently with minimum supervision.- Committed to achieve outcomes.- Expert in the development of presentations, the maintenance of documentation, and the analysis of data visualisation toolsDesirable yet not necessary:- MBA- Experience in a leading education technology company (ref:updazz.com)
