NoBroker - Team Lead - Inside Sales (3-7 Yrs) Bangalore (Telesales/Inside Sales/BPO)

We need a candidate who has prior sales/vendor onboarding/customer facing experience along with team handling.Candidate s major KRAs will be:1. Calling team handling for cctv,painting etc categories.(call audits and report maintenance)- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all vendor and customer interactions.
-Prepare and maintain various reports in Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., sales reports, customer satisfaction reports, vendor performance reports).2. Vendor on-boarding for painting,cctv etc and basic report preparation to analyse team s performance.
-Research and identify potential vendors.
-Conduct initial vendor assessments and due diligence checks.
-Draft and negotiate contracts with vendors.
-Onboard new vendors into company systemsQualifications and Requirements:- Bachelor s degree in Technology (BE/B.Tech)- Proven experience (2 years) in process optimization, preferably within a sales environment.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google sheets- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
