Sr. Manager Property Sourcing/Acquisition Specialist-BelapurWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Sourcing/Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team at Narayan Bhargava Group.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and source suitable office spaces across India, ranging from 1000 sq. ft to 100000 sq. ft, to meet the evolving needs of our business.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, agents, and brokers across the country.- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential properties and negotiate favourable lease terms.- Manage the entire property acquisition process, from initial sourcing to lease execution and handover.- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements.Qualifications:- 3 to 5 years of experience in property sourcing/acquisition pan India.- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing deals for office spaces.- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.- Extensive network of agents and brokers across India.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
