We are currently hiring for our next phase of growth.Job Description :1. To take inbound sales leads assigned by central marketing team for various types of loans which can be one of the following: personal loan, home loan, credit card, business loan and gold loan2. To interact with a customer, explain loan offers and processes of suitable banks and advise customers on best loan offers.3. Coordinate with partner banks for loan documentation, disbursement and customer service4. Continuous interaction and follow-up with customers and banks to ensure maximum business or loan disbursements.5. Manage relationship with banks, sales managers, customers6. Report back status of leads to central marketing team and update CRM7. Generate referral leads from existing customersDesired Candidate Profile:- Should have very good convincing and selling skills.- Looking for fast growth in a challenging environment and willing to work hard - Strong command over English- At least 1 year experience in selling of financial products including personal loan, home loan, business loan, credit cards, mutual funds, insurance.- Eye for detail and comfortable in working with numbers and calculations (ref:updazz.com)
