What You ll Do
Handle inbound/outbound calls for sales, insurance, collections, or customer support
Resolve customer queries, assist with renewals & complaints
Achieve targets for sales, retention & quality
Maintain accurate records via CRM
Follow compliance & quality standards
Who Can Apply
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
Age: 18 34 years Male & Female
Experience: Freshers welcome 6 months in Sales/Customer Service/Insurance preferred
Languages:
English (avg good communication)
Gujarati (required for LG Inbound)
Basic computer skills

08 AM 05 PM 09 AM 06 PM 10 AM 07 PM 11 AM 08 PM
(SBI: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM BAGIC: 10 AM 07 PM)
Mon Sat Rotational week off / Fixed Sun off (process-based)
