Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates to meet the company 's talent needs. Key responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. The HR Recruiter will also assist with onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Additionally, the recruiter will maintain and update recruitment databases and metrics.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and practices
Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems
Bachelor 's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the online gaming industry is a plus
