& Job Title: Channel Sales Executive Residential Property Sales (Freshers Wanted!)

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Channel Sales Executive & to join our Residential Property Sales team. In this role, you will work closely with channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents to generate leads and convert them into successful property sales for residential projects. This is a field office-based sales role , well-suited for freshers and entry-level candidates with excellent people skills, a strong desire to learn, and a passion for the real estate industry. As a Channel Sales Executive, you will act as the key link between our projects and the network of external partners. You will educate them about our property offerings, provide sales support, track performance, and assist in closing deals through joint efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Channel Partner Relationship Management

  • Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, channel partners, and external agents
  • Regularly update channel partners about new residential projects, pricing, inventory, offers, and site progress
  • Conduct weekly meetings, presentations, and training sessions to educate partners
  • Act as a single point of contact for channel partners regarding project queries and sales support

2. Lead Generation and Management

  • Coordinate with channel partners to ensure continuous flow of client leads
  • Support brokers during site visits and meetings with potential homebuyers
  • Follow up on leads generated through partners, ensure timely client engagement, and drive conversions
  • Maintain a lead tracker and daily update logs in CRM or Excel

3. Site Visits & Sales Support

  • Schedule and organize site visits for customers sourced via channel partners
  • Participate in property walkthroughs, explaining features, location benefits, payment plans, and legalities
  • Assist in deal negotiation, documentation, and closing the booking process
  • Coordinate with internal CRM and legal teams for client documentation and registration

4. Target Achievement

  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets through channel partner network
  • Work closely with the internal sales team to align targets, offers, and client pitches
  • Maintain daily activity reports, lead follow-ups, and visit summaries
  • Prepare MIS reports for channel partner performance, sales forecasts, and conversion rates

5. Market Research and Competitor Analysis

  • Track competitors offerings, pricing, and promotional strategies in the residential segment
  • Provide real-time feedback to the marketing and product team for improving the pitch or pricing
  • Gather market intelligence through broker feedback and customer responses
  • Suggest ideas for promotional campaigns and outreach efforts

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in interacting with brokers and clients
  • Basic understanding of real estate sales (training will be provided to freshers)
