Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is a blend of on-ground data collection , client engagement , and field sales support . You will be responsible for visiting designated locations, gathering data as per client specifications, maintaining detailed records, and building meaningful relationships with customers and local businesses. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working on the field, are good with people, and can combine observational skills with basic reporting and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Field Data Collection

• Visit assigned territories, markets, or client locations as per schedule
• Collect accurate and timely data as per client or project requirements
• Observe market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior
• Ensure completeness and correctness of all collected information
• Submit collected data in proper format (forms, digital entries, or reports) to the Marketing Manager

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building

• Interact with local clients, vendors, or shop owners to gather insights and understand customer needs
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Clearly communicate the company 's products/services and how they meet customer requirements
• Understand client challenges and suggest tailored solutions or escalate to internal teams

3. Sales Support

• Assist the sales and marketing team by identifying new leads and opportunities in the field
• Promote brand awareness by distributing brochures, samples, or materials (if applicable)
• Provide feedback from customers and prospects to help improve offerings
• Support follow-ups with warm leads generated from field visits

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily records of visits, client meetings, data collected, and observations
• Share structured field reports with the Marketing or Sales Manager regularly
• Highlight any critical trends or issues noticed during field visits
• Use mobile apps, spreadsheets, or manual forms depending on project needs

5. Team Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams to communicate findings and field insights
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on products and company goals
• Collaborate with fellow executives for field-based projects or campaigns
