Required Telecaller - Ghaziabad

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and persuasive Telecaller to join our team and represent our academy. Your primary responsibility will be to speak with parents over the phone, explain the benefits of our educational services, and convince them to visit our academy for a counseling session or a demo class. Please note: This is not a sales or target-based selling job. You are not required to sell any product or service. The goal is to inform, build interest, and motivate parents to visit the center that s it . The role is best suited for candidates who enjoy talking to people, are polite yet confident, and have a basic understanding of how to hold a professional conversation over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Calling & Communication

• Make outbound calls to parents from the provided database
• Brief them about the academy, its programs, and how it can benefit their child
• Clearly explain the location, schedule, and process for visiting the academy
• Maintain a polite and friendly tone at all times

2. Appointment Booking

• Convince interested parents to schedule a visit or demo class at the academy
• Record appointment details correctly and inform the on-site counselor team
• Follow up with interested parents who requested a call back

3. Data Entry & Call Records

• Maintain daily call logs, conversation details, and responses in Excel or CRM software
• Update status of each call (interested, call back, visited, not interested, etc.)
• Share daily/weekly reports with the team leader or manager

4. Coordination & Follow-Up

• Coordinate with the front desk or counselor team to confirm appointments
• Send SMS or WhatsApp reminders to parents (if required)
• Assist in resolving any confusion parents might have about directions, timing, or services
