Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Support

• Assist in day-to-day activities across different functions such as logistics, administration, and scheduling
• Ensure timely execution of tasks and monitor progress of operational activities
• Update internal systems and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
• Coordinate with vendors, delivery teams, or service providers as required

2. Data Management and Reporting

• Collect and maintain accurate data related to operations, inventory, or field activities
• Prepare reports and summaries for internal use or external partners
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks or inconsistencies in operations
• Maintain compliance with operational policies and checklists

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with the Admin, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment
• Communicate updates, delays, or issues to relevant departments promptly
• Act as a liaison between departments to ensure process flow is uninterrupted

4. Customer & Stakeholder Communication

• Interact with internal and external stakeholders via email or phone as needed
• Help resolve queries related to logistics, scheduling, and service status
• Escalate operational concerns to senior management when necessary

5. Process Improvement

• Suggest and implement minor improvements in everyday operations
• Identify ways to reduce operational delays and improve overall efficiency
• Contribute ideas during team discussions to improve performance
