Job Description
Position: International Inside Sales - Intern
Location: Gurgaon (Onsite role)
Responsibilities:
& Research and identify international markets suitable for Process9.
& Generate leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and database outreach.
& Connect with CXO-level contacts and department heads.
& Share company offerings and qualify leads for the sales team.
& Maintain lead database and assist with outreach activities.
&
Requirements:
& Excellent spoken & written English.
& Willingness to learn cold calling, LinkedIn research, and email outreach.
& Interest in B2B marketing, sales, and international business.
& Basic understanding of the SaaS/IT software industry.
& Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Gmail.
& Self-motivated, organized, and eager to build a career in sales & marketing.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication style

  • Self-motivated with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
  • Time management and ability to multitask effectively

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with email platforms (Gmail/Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn outreach or any lead generation tools
  • Exposure to CRM software (Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce) is a bonus
  • Basic MS Excel skills for tracking leads and reporting
