Job Description
Seeking a capable individual to coordinate as a part-time personal assistant. She should be good in personality and the communication.&
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Educational qualifications can range from 10th standard to graduation

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support

  • Manage the executive s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Organize daily agenda, brief the executive on upcoming meetings or deadlines
  • Handle calls, messages, and email correspondence on behalf of the executive
  • Draft and proofread emails, memos, letters, reports, and other communications

2. Travel and Event Coordination

  • Make domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Coordinate logistics for events, business meetings, and conferences
  • Prepare expense reports and assist with reimbursements and documentation

3. Office and Task Management

  • Maintain filing systems, databases, and confidential records
  • Monitor and track deadlines, reminders, and follow-up tasks
  • Liaise with internal departments, clients, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure action items are followed up

4. Personal Support

  • Assist in personal errands or tasks for the executive, including reservations, reminders, or home-office coordination
  • Manage special projects or events as needed (e.g., birthdays, gifts, family coordination, etc.)
  • Serve as a point of contact in the executive s absence for urgent matters

5. Communication and Coordination

  • Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing emails, calls, and meetings based on urgency and importance
  • Maintain a professional tone in all communications internally and externally
  • Ensure smooth communication flow between the executive and internal/external parties

Key Skills & Competencies:

Administrative & Organizational Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities efficiently
  • Attention to detail and strong record-keeping habits

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Professional email etiquette and phone manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels

Confidentiality & Reliability:

  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
  • High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and dependability

Time Management & Problem Solving:

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proactive approach to anticipating needs and solving problems independently
