-Drive advisor productivity, activation, and overall performance.
-Guide and train advisors to improve their market understanding, sales approach, and product knowledge.
-Ensure achievement of key performance metrics such as advisor recruitment, business mix, product mix, and customer persistency.
-Provide ongoing support, motivation, and strategic input to help the team meet sales targets.
-Engage with customers regularly to strengthen relationships and improve service standards.
-Expand market reach through effective segmentation, lead generation, and territory development.
