Job Description
Are you someone who gets a thrill out of turning cold leads into warm conversations? Do you believe the right message at the right time can open any door? If yes, you re the spark we re looking for! You and your team will play a crucial role in identifying and screening potential leads. You ll be the first voice potential clients hear and the reason they want to learn more. Our next Manager Revenue will be someone who realizes the value of every lead and knows the tricks of the trade.Key Responsibilities:Outbound Prospecting: Identify and engage with prospects through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels to initiate conversations and qualify leads.Lead Qualification: Identify stakeholder s pain points, needs, and decision-making processes to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions within the ecosystem.CRM Management: Accurately record and track all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system - Zoho.Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers, Marketing, and Revenue teams to optimize the lead handover process and improve conversion rates.Requirements:1. Minimum of 1-year experience as an SDR working with a SAAS-based B2B Organisation. Candidates coming from HR-Tech backgrounds will garner brownie points.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to engage senior executives in enterprise organizations.3. A goal-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.4. Experience with outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.5. Familiarity with CRM software such as Zoho or similar platforms.6. Strong research skills and the ability to understand customer needs and pain points.Compensation:As per industry standards.
