Consultant - Inside Sales (2-10 Yrs) Mumbai (Telesales/Inside Sales/BPO)

Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Lusha, and other tools to identify and generate high-quality leads. The company will also provide additional data to support lead generation efforts.- Sales Outreach: Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-up communications to engage potential clients and schedule meetings with decision-makers.- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification to closing deals and maintaining relationships with clients.- Engagement with Decision Makers: Develop and nurture relationships with senior-level executives (VPs, AVPs) and other key stakeholders in target companies.- Product Knowledge: Effectively understand and present ERP, CRM, and data analytics products, demonstrating how they solve client business challenges and deliver value.- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by closing high-value deals.- CRM Management: Record and track all lead interactions, sales activities, and progress in the company s CRM system, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and close deals.
